Today we joined our friends for a really fun activity. I took the kids out for a walk and to collect leaves. Was a lovely winters day and the kids loved being out. (I lost my car keys on this walk...but enough said about that the better!!!)
When we got home we looked through Freddie's leaf book to identify the leaves.
The boys loved doing this and were really engaged. They wrote down labels for the leaves- am so impressed with their writing, it is really coming along... Then we laminated the leaves and their labels and made a garland. Was a really great activity! Really lovely to work together too. The girls were busy playing leaving the boys to work! X
My friend just sent me over some photos that she took so am adding them too....
