Today was the first day that there was a real winter chill in the air! This morning we went off to pound land and Hobby Craft to get supplies for craft fun this afternoon with friends. I love going shopping with the guys they are so enthusiastic about everything and just a delight to be with! On the way home we visited the ducks. The sun was shinning even though it was cold so we wrapped up and enjoyed a good half an hour running about in the sunshine. They make up games from nothing, they were swinging on tree branches in the wind and racing around! I wish I had taken photos but had forgotten to take my phone out.
This afternoon our friends came round and we got busy making magic wands and lightsabres!
Here is Freddie playing with his newly made lightsabre...he used the glue gun on his own for the first time today which he loved!

Then we found sticks in the garden and painted them with acrylic paint and glitter, Fred making StarWars stuff and Mia wands...

Mia and R playing fishing game, lovely hearing her helping him...he is so gorgeous, he has suddenly taken a huge developmental leap and is saying lots of words!
J apparently is "the best LightSabre fighter there is...even better than daddy!" Here she is taking on both F and S!
