This week our week started with a really fun field trip to bewilderwood, a magical world of twiggles and boggles! The day started with trip up a river to the scary lake where mildred the croc lives! We were so lucky with the weather.
We went with our friends and within a group of about 30 other home ed families. It was wonderful because the whole park was empty apart from us so no queues and the kids were able to take their time on things and build their climbing confidence up.
Great fun was had on the zip wires...
And climbing high In the trees...
Our friends up high!
Building a den...
Back to climbing...
And then to the big slides! Mia was the only one who felt up to daring them, we watched with admiration as she flew down!
Last but not least a play in the sand pit. We got to bewilderwood at 10 am and I had to take reluctant bubs home at 5.30! I think they would have slept there if they could!
Spot Mia running on the bridge behind!
Wonderful wonderful day! ( then went to work till 11.45pm! Yuk!)
