Tired day! But managed gymnastics and social/craft group!

Went to bed far too late last night so woke up this morning tired and a tad anxious! This morning felt hard, had a long to do list, house was filthy dirty and messy and bubs wanted and needed mummy time! We managed some playing and drawing and I got a few of my jobs done...ooh just remembered we also did some phonics practice too but it was a bit like pulling teeth!
Then we took ourselves off to gymnastics lesson where we met our friends, T, G and baby J. The kids were a bit blazay about it today and little Mia had a melt down over turns on trampolines but there were some good times had by all! Then we all went to a social/craft H E group that we had never been to before. We met our wonderful friends J, S and R there too.

The kids loved doing the craft activities and they made a "thankful wreath" . It was so funny to hear what they felt thankful for....Fred said his Star Wars toys, dinosaur fossils, science, that dinosaurs no longer exist, his birthday, seth the cat and with a little encouragement family, food and water ha ha! Mia s list was somewhat shorter and consisted of Tinkerbell, mickeymouse, party's and the sun!

Fred looks a bit unimpressed in this photo but in actual fact he was really into the activity and asked to do another wreath!

The group was really busy. There was a room off the hall full of older children 6+ age doing an older lesson with a teacher and then the under 6 s doing this craft and free playing. When the older children joined in in the hall playing our little ones were quite clingy feeling unsure by all the commotion. The kids were quite boisterous. Then the group ended with some group games. Our little ones joined in with support from us. They seemed to enjoy the games.

Next week they have a dance teacher coming in to run a workshop....we might go along if the kids fancy it.....
Looking forward to bed and waking up feeling brighter than I felt today! X
