Another hot hot day, heaven. Freddie still wobbly at the thought of daddy being away but taking photos for daddy and doing jobs for him help alot. First photo for daddy....
Freddie wanted to bring his snails out in the garden, so the equarium came out and mia and fred busied themselves filling it with leaves and food and watering it. Freddie carried the snails round the garden, showing them bits and bogbs! Then we planted the veg plants kindly given to us by J. The kids each chose their plants and potted them.
Then it was off to the beach with aunty. It was so lovely, we played in the water and it was warm enough to swim, but mia got worried if i went in to far!
Then Freddie instigated writing his name in the sand, again in the past he would have shyed away from this in case he got something wrong. Today full of joy and confidence, and look how well he wrote it!
Then he proudly taught mia how to write her name, he needed no help spelling or doing the letters in his or mia's name!
Mia was a very willing student and she was able to write her name too.
Then we visited grandma in hospital, she is doing well. The kids have so much energy, they have had such a busy day yet have only just gone to sleep - 10 pm! They are playing together so much, seems as though it is more and more each day and really few conflicts. The definately best way to deal with the conflicts is to keep out of them, they are really good at working them out themselves.
