Snail home!

Freddie is really into pets at the moment. He is loving our baby Mollies, missing Bingo the butterfly and really into snails! So this morning we cleaned out our old aquarium and transformed it into a snails habitat. We researched on the Internet what they would need and what they eat and set to work! Apparently they like a lot of earth to dig in, some stones, leaves and places to hide and they eat cucumber lettuce and carrots. We planted some lettuce and carrots in the equation and Freddie found 3 woodlice which he wanted to keep in the habitat too!

Then we went off to gymnastics and then on to our friends for a couple of hours of play. Lovely day had by all x
